Extrusion
SV POLYFAB has tape plant from Lohia Starlinger with Auto-Roto Winders that hold the capability to process ten metric tons of PP (Polypropylene) granules per day.

Weaving
Equipped with Shuttle looms from Lohia Starlinger that produces 80,000 meters of fabric per day.

Lamination
SVPOLYFAB is capable of supplying both circular and flat fabric that can be laminated depending on client needs up to a maximum width of 2.8 meters.

Our ultra modern looms are capable to produce webbing as wide as 80 MM

Cutting
We are equipped with automatic webbing and fabric cutting machines to ensure accuracy.

We produce stitching thread in-house, to be able to maintain better strength and cost efficiency.

Printing
The company has technologically advanced Flexographic Printing Machine which is capable of printing up to Four colours. Also coming up with six colours printing machine.

The company produces three million big bags per annum ranging from standard builder bags to complicated constructions in the product line – Tunnel bags, bags with complicated closure (iris, petal etc.), tubular bags, conical bags, baffle bags, laminated bags, sift proof bags (single, double and triple dust proof), bags with PE liners and so on …

Packing
Packing being an equally important part of the production process, we have technological advanced high pressure bale press machine which facilitates our FIBCs to be packed in a perfectly shaped bales/pallets.
